It all depends on scale, but the process is designed to be scalable.
Most landscape designs take 4-12 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, level of detail, and revision process. Spring and fall are our busiest seasons, so timelines may be longer during peak demand. Starting the design process early gives you the most flexibility for planning and installation.

For properties under one acre, design begins with a $1,500 retainer covering your base model, plant palette, initial design rendering, and design review call.
You can also begin with a $250 on-site consultation. If you decide to move forward with design, that fee is applied toward your design retainer.
After the initial deliverables, additional design work is billed at $200/hour, allowing the scope to scale with your project.
