Day to day: Put together the pieces of a landscape like a puzzle and play a key role in bringing landscapes to life. Installation Technician

Hardscape Apprentice

Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

Day to day: Learn valuable skills in the landscape installation field alongside an awesome team. You’ll work hard and go home tired and proud of all you accomplished, excited to change the world bright and early the next morning!

Stewardship Intern

Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, seasonal (late Mar - early Dec)
Schedule: Tues - Fri 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Day to day: If caring for landscapes, learning new plants and seeing how landscape designs are stewarded season over season, this is the role for you! You’ll visit a few properties per day and work with tons of native plants, edibles, invasives, weeds and mulch. You’ll leave with dirty hands and probably a few inside jokes.

Project Manager

Pay: Variable, based on experience and scope
Job Type & Schedule: Flexible; we’re looking for the right person, and that’s not necessarily related to your immediate availability.

Day to day: Mondays you’re in the office. You’ll work with the leadership team to set the weekly schedule, create work orders and order materials. Tuesday - Friday you’ll get the installation crews out the door with all they need, and sometimes it may be an extra set of hands.
